DISCLAIMER:
• By purchasing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
• If you have any questions, please contact me.
USER AGREEMENT
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.1. GENERAL
• As the artist, I hold all rights to the produced drawing.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself anywhere or display it on any platform, or in my portfolio.
• All commissions are personal, non-commercial/non-profit use only, if you use the commissioned art somewhere, please do credit me.
• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, trace or profit off my work without my permission. For commercial works, pls DM to discuss further!2. CANCELLING
I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
• If you want to cancel: Only during the sketch phase a full refund is possible. After sketch approved only 30% is possible.
• If the commission is fully delivered there is no refund possible.
• I will not draw:
- Mecha
- Furry
- Old characters
- NSFW
or anything else that makes me uncomfortable/I am unable to deliver.
3. PAYMENT
• Payment will only be accepted via Kofi or Paypal. For Singaporeans, bank transfer is accepted!
or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
4. UPDATES AND FEEDBACK
Once the details has been settled, I'll start with a sketch for you to approve.
At this stage I am still able to make changes, so please let me know! Once you agree to the sketch, I will proceed with the lineart which I will send to approve again. After, I will proceed with colouring.
The time it takes for me to fully complete your order can vary depending on my work schedule (two to a month if I'm busy). I will do my best to delivery ASAP but I ask for your kind understanding!
If you have a date or deadline please let me know.
Completed commissions will be send via E-Mail for best quality!
